Set pizza dough out to rise for about 30-45 minutes
Mix together the olive oil and the Italian seasoning together in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, brush the oil mixture on the bottom and sides of the cast iron pan, reserving a small amount to brush on the pizza crust
Toss out your pizza dough and then lay it into the cast iron pan, spreading it out so that it covers the entire cast iron pan and goes slightly up the sides
Put the cast-iron on the stove and turn the stove on medium heat
After about 2 minutes on the stove, spread your pizza sauce onto the dough, and top with cheese and any toppings. Also, brush remaining oil onto the crust
Turn stove onto broil and let preheat while pizza cooks on stove for another 3 minutes
Put pizza in the stove with the broiler on for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before cutting into slices
